Return Policy

Shaana.co is glad to honor Rare Carat standards and offer 30 day returns, no questions asked.

To qualify, please return your item to our facility within 30 day returns from the day of receipt of your order, with a free insured return label that will be provided.

Items must be returned in their original condition and accompanied with any original diamond certificates that were sent to you. A re-certification fee will apply if the certificate is not returned.

Please note: custom orders, engraved items, exceptions notified in writing, and orders after the first sale, will be considered final sale. If you have any questions about our policy, don't hesitate to ask.
